We believe that our most priced asset is our people, our workforce. We believe that our vision can only be achieved through a happy and highly motivated workforce. To this end, we have continued to ensure that we provide a work-life balance for all our staff. We ensure that our staffs
are well remunerated and adequate training organised for them for both personal and organisational development. We strive to ensure that our staffs are well trained and highly professional in the discharge of their duties. The management of tunnel end is led by seasoned professionals drawn from various areas of endeavour and academic backgrounds. The team is headed by the Chairman, Engr Enyinnaya Nwafor.
Solutions we offer
BUILDING
We have extensive expertise in the area of building and real estate development. We have built the capacity to execute all forms of building projects from individual buildings to large complex designs. We have also gone further to set up an ultra-modern furniture making factory to ensure that we are a one stop shop in the real estate sector. We have completed and handed over to the government over 100 school building projects, office complexes and developed housing estates amongst other projects.
INFRASTRUCTURE:
Tunnel end has built the capacity to undertake any project regardless of the size and complexity. We have invested heavily in the procurement of state of the art machines that are deployed in the execution of quality roads and other projects. We have completed over 20 road projects that meet international standards. .
PLANTS
As part of our aim to become a one stop shop for all construction and engineering projects, Tunnel end has established an ultra-modern batch type asphalt plant located in Aba, abia state. We have also set up through our subsidiary, rock waters integrated, an ultramodern quarry located at amasiri ebonyi state and a batching plant in Aba, Abia state. We are committed in making these investments with the sole aim of ensuring quality delivery and timely conclusion of our projects.
